Data from the EZ RES PRO can be used to create detailed 2D and 3D images with the included Voxler software. The following are example
images that can be created using a simple 2 probe array. More detailed images can be created with the advanced 3 and 4 probe arrays.
The image on the left shows what a scan would
look like under "normal" ground conditions.
Notice the progression in the Read Zone (Sweet
Spot) from light blue (low resistance) to dark red
(high resistance) as the depth increases. This is due
to the normal increase in Ohms meters as the
probes are moved farther apart and depth is
increased.

This image shows a small anomaly with a low
resistance compared to the normal ground
conditions. A low resistance anomaly is indicative
of something that is more conductive, like water or
metal. An example would be a metal box or a
small void filled with water.

This image shows a small anomaly with a high
conditions. A high resistance anomaly is indicative
of something that is less conductive, like an air
filled void. An example would be a small cave,
tunnel, or fracture.

conditions.  Note that the Ohms meters continue to
stay low as depth increases, indicating that you are
still reading the anomaly.

This image shows a large anomaly with a high
resistance compared to the normal ground
conditions. Note that the blue scale shifts way
down when a large anomaly with high resistance is
encountered. An example would be a large cave.
For better resolution and more detailed images, 3 and 4 probe arrays such as the Gradient array, Wenner array,
Dipole to Dipole array, and the Schlumberger array can be used.
This image shows greater detail and resolution
achieved with the 4 probe Gradient array.
Although more time consuming, the Gradient
array can provide a better understanding of what
is going on below the surface.

Detailed 3D images can be created by stitching multiple scans together. Below are some examples of 3D images created in Voxler.
The blue areas would be indicative of a low resistance
anomaly like water, metal, or metallic mineral veins.
The red areas would be indicative of a high resistance
anomaly like a cave or tunnel.
